Cutting: Ensure that all designs are mirrored before cutting, as the vinyl should be cut from the reverse side. Keep the vinyl side facing up and the hard plastic backing film facing down.

Begin by cutting a small piece of vinyl to test the settings. Adjust the speed of the craft cutter as needed to ensure a smooth cutting process.

For Cricut users, use the Standard blade setting with the Iron-on option. For Silhouette Cameo users, set the blade to 8, the speed to 8, the thickness to 20, and the blade angle to 45 degrees.

Before Transfer: Determine the fabric type to ensure compatibility with the iron-on application. Verify that the fabric can withstand the required iron-on temperatures.

Prior to transferring, preheat the base fabric for 3-5 seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture. If using a home iron, ensure that there is no steam.

Heat and Transfer: The recommended heating time is 20-30 seconds, with a temperature range of 302°F to 320°F (150°C to 160°C). Apply a pressure of 6.6-11 lbs (3-5 kg).

For a home iron, use the medium temperature and pressure settings. When using a hot press, preheat the machine and set it to 305°F with medium pressure.

Cool Peel: Wait 15-30 seconds for the vinyl to cool down. If any part of the iron-on vinyl lifts off, reheat and press the attached area until the entire sheet can be removed.

Please note that the first cleaning should be done after 24 hours. Subsequent cleanings will be more effective. Avoid dry cleaning and bleaching.
